Qualifications

• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Ability to identify and address customer needs and drive sales growth.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; able to plan and manage accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
• Experience with CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
• Willingness to travel 25–50% within field territory.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to build territory business plans based on opportunities and strategic direction from home office.
• Drive territory performance through growth in prescribing and market share.
• Stay current on managed care coverage and communicate with health care providers.
• Utilize clinical selling techniques and manage promotional activities within the business plan; visit ophthalmologists and optometrists.
