Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking an Ocular Specialty Representative to join our Pharma team in a remote field-based role, covering a US territory. You will manage ophthalmology and optometrist markets, drive sales growth, and build strong partnerships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related discipline required; professional certification may be considered in lieu of degree
• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience is required
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills; ability to manage customer accounts and travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to build territory business plans and drive growth based on home office direction
• Drive territory performance through prescribing growth and market share expansion
• Stay current on managed care coverage and communicate with health care providers
• Utilize promotional budget effectively and visit ophthalmologists and optometrists per call plan
