Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a motivated Ocular Specialty Representative (OSR) to join our regional sales team in the United States. You will manage ophthalmology and optometrist markets, drive sales growth, and build strong partnerships with customers and colleagues to protect and enhance the gift of sight.

This remote field-based role requires 25–50% travel within a large geography. You should have 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales and reside within or near the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business or related field.
• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and drive sales within territory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and reside in territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans using guidance from home office.
• Drive territory performance through growth in prescribing and market share.
• Stay current on managed care coverage and communicate with providers.
• Use clinical selling techniques to influence treatment decisions.
