Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a motivated Ocular Specialty Representative (OSR) to join our regional sales team. You will manage ophthalmology and optometrist markets, drive sales growth, and build strong partnerships with customers and colleagues across a large U.S. territory.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this remote field-based role requires 25%–50% travel, strong CRM use, and a focus on promoting our eye health portfolio. Bachelor’s degree and specialty pharma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage customer accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce; comfortable with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to build territory business plans and drive performance.
• Manage ophthalmology and optometrist markets within territory and grow sales.
• Stay current on managed care coverage and communicate with providers.
• Visit ophthalmologists and optometrists following call plans and use samples per FDA guidelines.
