Bausch + Lomb in Hackensack, NJ seeks an Ocular Specialty Representative to cover ophthalmology and optometrist markets within a large U.S. territory.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the OSR will drive sales growth for our ophthalmic portfolio and build lasting partnerships with customers and colleagues to protect and enhance the gift of sight. This remote field-based role requires 25–50% travel, a Bachelor’s degree, and specialty pharma sales experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science, business or related discipline required; certification may be considered.
• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, manage accounts and use CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Use analytic tools to build territory business plans and drive growth.
• Drive territory performance through prescribing and market share gains.
• Maintain knowledge of managed care coverage and communicate with providers.
• Visit ophthalmologists/optometrists per call plan; utilize samples per FDA guidelines.
