Job summary

BVI seeks an Account Manager for Houston, TX to drive sales growth and expand the company’s ophthalmic portfolio. You will develop strategic territory plans and build strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and healthcare organizations.

You will deliver product demonstrations, provide clinical support in operating rooms, and collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Customer Service to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience.
Experience selling to hospitals, ASCs, or clinics.
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills.
Ophthalmology product or surgical experience preferred.
Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Houston Metro and surrounding area.
Build relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and clinical teams.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within accounts.
Demonstrate products and provide clinical support in facilities.
Analyze sales data and prioritize opportunities using CRM data.
Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Operations to improve customer experience.
