Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Surgical Account Manager to promote and sell ophthalmic surgical devices, including intraocular lenses. You will act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and drive product education and adoption across surgical teams.

The role involves coordinating demonstrations, maintaining territory records, and meeting sales targets, with travel as required. Remote setup with field-based duties within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent ophthalmic experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in eye health.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 25-50% overnight.
• Valid driver’s license.
