Maximus is seeking a Manager - OPS to support our OPM - FEHB program. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite work near Lawrence, KS with remote capabilities.

You will lead operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with contract and corporate policies. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, including benefits-verification workflows, workforce management, and remote team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience managing benefits-verification workflows and/or teams.
• Experience with workforce management and telephony tools.
• Experience managing remote teams that use secure remote desktops.
• Demonstrated skill in process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project compliance with contract requirements and corporate policies.
• Manage all project tasks to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Supervise subcontractors providing services to programs.
• Oversee audits of operations.
• Produce monthly client and ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with managers to coordinate activities.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures with stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee development and implementation of innovative methodologies to improve service levels.
• Monitor performance against internal or client KPIs.
• Develop performance goals and monitor staff achievement.
