Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of leadership experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develops and motivates employees with coaching and performance reviews.
• Monitors inventory levels and forecasts to ensure staffing meets SLAs.
• Fosters a valued and engaged work environment.
• Conducts regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles for updates.
• Addresses sensitive performance or behavioral issues with HR support.
• Tracks attendance and applies progressive discipline when needed.
• Builds cross-department relationships and coordinates with vendors.
• Drives process improvements and organizational change across the department.
• Handles escalated customer issues through multiple channels.
