Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Remote Event Processing. You will lead a team, manage inventory levels and future forecasts, and ensure staffing to meet or exceed customer-specific SLA requirements while maintaining high quality and engagement.

The role requires a strong customer-centric mindset, collaboration with HR, and the ability to develop training materials for processors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of leadership experience; supervisor experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and engage with employees.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and motivates employees through effective communication and performance reviews.
• Monitors inventory and forecasts staffing to meet SLA requirements.
• Fosters engagement and a positive work environment.
• Conducts regular 1-on-1s and team meetings to align on priorities.
• Collaborates with HR to address performance issues promptly.
• Tracks attendance and enforces progressive discipline as needed.
• Builds strong relationships with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
• Drives process improvements and change initiatives within the department.
• Addresses escalated customer issues via multiple channels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
