Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Remote Event Processing. You will lead a team, manage inventory levels and future forecasts, and ensure staffing to meet or exceed customer-specific SLA requirements while maintaining high quality and engagement.

The role requires a strong customer-centric mindset, collaboration with HR, and the ability to develop training materials for processors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; or equivalent work experience.
At least two years of leadership experience; supervisor experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and engage with employees.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Develops and motivates employees through effective communication and performance reviews.
Monitors inventory and forecasts staffing to meet SLA requirements.
Fosters engagement and a positive work environment.
Conducts regular 1-on-1s and team meetings to align on priorities.
Collaborates with HR to address performance issues promptly.
Tracks attendance and enforces progressive discipline as needed.
Builds strong relationships with internal departments, customers, and vendors.
Drives process improvements and change initiatives within the department.
Addresses escalated customer issues via multiple channels.
Performs other duties as assigned.
