Responsibilities

• Regularly reviews processor performance and provides coaching and training.
• Lead within a team environment and act as first point of contact for escalations.
• Collects and disseminates daily metrics and responds to inquiries promptly.
• Provide feedback to leadership and suggest process improvements.
• Plan and participate in continuous improvement strategy sessions.
• Partner with outside vendors and subcontractors as needed and supervise the team in the supervisor's absence.
