Job summary

Maximus is seeking an OPS Supervisor to support our OPM - FEHB program. This fully remote role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background check.

Equipment will be provided, and home setup must meet security and connectivity requirements. You will lead daily workflows, monitor performance, and generate regular reports while coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience.
• Experience processing eligibility or benefits verification cases.
• Familiarity with vital records and court documents.
• Experience with mailroom and imaging operations.
• Experience supervising work that handles PII.

Responsibilities

• This is a fully remote role.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Equipment will be provided but must meet the remote position requirement provided below.

• Must have the ability to pass a federal background check.

Remote Position Requirements:

• Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet

connectivity (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).

• Minimum 5mpbs upload speed.

• Connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the

home internet router.

• Private work area and adequate power source

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigning day-to-day work items.

• Monitor employee performance for compliance with established protocol (SLA).

• Work closely with other functional departments to ensure all work is completed timely and accurately.

• Effectively lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.

• Research and respond to any escalated inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and informative manner.

• Produce weekly/monthly reports to be presented to staff.

Minimum Requirements
