• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required; professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure HR/compliance adherence and onboarding processes.
• Support staff development and succession planning.
• Manage a designated book of business and client relationships.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and renewals.
