• Active licensing is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards for the Account Management team.
• Lead and coach Account Management staff; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes and participate in hiring/onboarding.
• Lead renewal and new business processes; support client relationships and service needs.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation accuracy.
