You will guide team performance, ensure process compliance, and manage an assigned book of business with a focus on service excellence and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in the industry (or 7+ in sales/marketing/relationship mgmt), active licensing, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and onboarding.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Support renewal and new business processes end-to-end.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
