Insurance Office of America seeks an Operations Supervisor – Commercial Lines to lead Account Management staff, guide performance, and ensure service excellence while managing an assigned book of business.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management
  • Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
  • Active insurance license required
  • Professional designations preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsabilités

  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
  • Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching.
  • Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation accuracy.
  • Drive renewals and new business processes.
  • Manage client relationships and support service needs.
  • Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
