Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Active licensing required.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Monitor and lead Account Management staff to meet productivity and service standards.
• Promote IOA culture and engage the team effectively.
• Support ongoing staff training and development; participate in onboarding.
• Direct staff management and provide coaching and guidance.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across the team.
• Oversee renewal and new business workflows and client relationships.
