• Active insurance license required
• Professional designations preferred

• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Monitor performance data and take corrective action.
• Maintain accurate data across agency and carrier systems.
• Manage assigned book of business and renewals.
• Provide superior client service and support for renewals.
