You will guide staff development, manage a book of business, and act as a senior resource for complex client needs, while promoting IOA values and a collaborative culture.

Formación

• 10+ years in insurance brokerage or related field
• Active insurance licensing is required
• Professional designations preferred
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Account Management staff and guide daily operations
• Ensure compliance with processes and service standards
• Support staff development and performance evaluations
• Manage a book of business and renewals
• Coordinate onboarding and recruitment of team members
• Analyze performance data and drive process improvements
• Maintain data integrity across agency and carrier systems
• Provide subject-matter expertise for coverage and service questions
