Ideal candidate has 10+ years of insurance experience with active licensing; strong leadership, analytics, and client-focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience; or 7+ years in sales, marketing or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing required.
• Professional designations preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Promote IOA culture and support team engagement.
• Support staff training and development.
• Develop future branch operations leaders.
• Oversee HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Serve as subject matter expert for coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, and documentation.
• Lead or support renewal and new business processes.
• Deliver excellent service and anticipate client needs.
• Stay updated on policies and champion IOA values.
