Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a Lead, Operations Strategy - Specialty Services Implementation to drive the development and rollout of new service lines nationwide.

You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with Technology, People, Finance, Clinical Leadership and Shared Services, and influence stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that expand LifeStance's offerings and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience required.
• Healthcare leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with clinical and operational teams to design and implement programs that enhance clinical workflows.
• Proven track record in managing EHR systems, billing, coding, and compliance processes to streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of new service lines through direct involvement and partnerships with local operating teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize a scalable playbook for launching national programs at site level.
• Provide subject matter expertise to internal partners for successful implementation and ongoing support of local Specialty Services programs.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Report standard KPIs, root causes, and action plans for improvement to management.
• Analyze current business practices to identify weaknesses and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop cross-functional project plans to drive changes in service line launches and performance.
• Lead the development of training content (live meetings, Workday trainings, etc.).
• Organize and manage Specialty Services projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Liaise between departments to ensure effective communication on Specialty Services initiatives.
