Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead, Operations Strategy - Specialty Services Implementation to drive new service lines nationwide, improving clinician and patient experiences. You will guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and lead strategic initiatives across business units.

The role emphasizes process improvement, program launches, and collaboration with Technology, People, Finance, Clinical Leadership, and Shared Services to expand LifeStance’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years healthcare experience required, with at least 1 year in leadership or management.
• Experience collaborating with clinical and operational teams to design and implement programs.
• Proven ability to manage EHR systems, billing, coding, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of new service lines through direct involvement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop scalable, repeatable playbooks for national program launches at site level.
• Provide SME guidance to internal partners for successful implementation and ongoing support.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for Specialty Services.
• Report KPIs, root causes, and improvement plans to management.
• Analyze current practices and identify weaknesses and enhancement opportunities.
• Create cross-functional project plans to drive service line launches and performance.
• Lead development of training content (live meetings, Workday trainings).
• Organize Specialty Services projects ensuring alignment with goals.
