Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the daily operations for a designated regional portfolio. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, overseeing platform performance, and driving cost-efficient service delivery while maintaining high patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare operations, strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, and proven process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of operational management within a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge and experience with clinical operations.
• Knowledge of clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, CPOE, etc.
• Ability to learn new technology and proficiency in several EMR/EHRs; cloud environments and API integrations.
• Exceptional client engagement.
• Proven ability to improve business processes, quality, and decision-making.
• Demonstrates inclusivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a designated region and existing platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage regional KPIs and P&L.
• Develop and implement training, mentoring, and staff development programs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with LifeStance leadership to improve processes and tools.
