Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day operations across a designated region, including integrations of new practices and performance reporting. You will lead cross-functional teams, standardize processes, and focus on high-quality, cost-efficient service delivery.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare operations, EMR/EHR knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements across a dispersed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of operational management within a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, CPOE, etc.
• Ability to learn new tech and work with multiple EMR/EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for a geographically dispersed team and manage field employees.
• Develop and monitor regional P&L and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate monthly meetings and ongoing staff training.
• Collaborate with LifeStance leadership to improve processes and tools.
