Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Operational Effectiveness to optimize clinical operations and reduce SG&A across the enterprise. The role partners with Finance, RCM, Intake, Credentialing, HR, and Technology to identify opportunities and implement scalable operating models.

This remote role supports the US with a focus on data-driven analysis, automation, and governance frameworks to drive cost efficiency and growth in behavioral healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 7+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or shared services transformation—ideally in healthcare or high-growth service environments.
• Proven track record of driving measurable cost reduction and SG&A improvements across complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills synthesizing financial, operational, and workforce data to guide decisions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, RCM, HR, and Technology.
• Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional OE initiatives to reduce SG&A through standardization, automation, and leverage.
• Translate priorities into actionable projects with measurable cost-savings and ROI metrics.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise OE dashboard tracking SG&A improvements and KPIs.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to identify root causes and streamline processes.
• Redesign end-to-end workflows with Process Engineers to improve scalability and handoffs.
