Connections Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead cross-functional healthcare initiatives in a fully remote role. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks, coordinating with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to deliver high-quality ROI across sites.

The role emphasizes PMO development, governance, and standardized reporting, while enabling process improvements and change management in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or program management, healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools; strong organizational skills.
• Experience with PMO development, standards, templates, and reporting practices.
• PMP certification welcome but not required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning to implementation with internal and vendor teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and resource needs.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and dashboards.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
• Support build-out of the CHS PMO standards and reporting tools.
• Coordinate cross-site initiatives, ensure regulatory and privacy compliance.
