Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a seasoned Operations Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional healthcare initiatives across its crisis care network. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, delivering projects from intake to close with clear leadership reporting.

The role is fully remote across eligible states, requiring strong organizational skills and experience in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project/program management, operations support, or process improvement, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple initiatives from planning through implementation with internal teams and vendors.
• Build strong partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to drive results and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide administrative and coordination support; maintain project documentation, logs, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes.
