Job summary

Connections Health Solutions, a national leader in behavioral health crisis care, seeks an Operations Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross‑functional healthcare and clinical operations initiatives. You will collaborate with clinical, operations, IT, and vendor teams to move initiatives from intake to close, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change.

Qualifications

• Fully remote position in specified states.
• 5+ years of project coordination/PM or related healthcare ops experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning to implementation with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Keep initiatives on track to deliver quality ROI on time.
• Build partnerships across clinical, operations, IT, and vendors to remove barriers.
• Support PMO via process improvements and documentation templates.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.
