The Boutique COO is seeking a proactive, self-starting virtual assistant to support founders and business owners. This remote role offers 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 40, and most work is weekday-based with 1–2 day turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and administrative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable to client priorities.
• Self-starter; able to create a plan from open-ended problems.
• Project/process management with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Critical thinking to refocus when needed.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for clients, meeting deadlines.
• Perform virtual assistant tasks: scheduling, emailing, lead management, research, data entry.
• Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
