Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a 100% remote Operations Specialist based in the United States. You will execute daily operational workflows, monitor processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across business functions.

The role requires 2+ years in business operations or related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business operations, logistics coordination, administrative operations, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high degree of attention to operational detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with modern digital workspace tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and project management platforms.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational workflows, data tracking, and cross-departmental coordination to keep core business processes running efficiently.
• Identify operational bottlenecks or process gaps and collaborate with team leads to implement scalable solutions.
• Maintain and audit operational logs, internal databases, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a key operational liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of key deliverables.
• Support system integrations, vendor communications, and routine operational reporting across business units.
