Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance pre/post changes.
• Implements change management for process/workflow changes for internal customers.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to achieve organizational goals.
