• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience required.
• Experience with Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and measures before/after changes.
• Acts as SME on aspects of practice operations in developing workflows.
• Documents workflows, creates job aids, and publishes documents in an organized format.
• Uses critical thinking to assess readiness for change and supports change management.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
