Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Operations - Remote to lead the Benefit Plan Configuration team and ensure accurate, scalable benefit plan programming. The role focuses on driving performance, meeting SLAs, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration with customers, members, and providers.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and leadership skills, experience in PBM or healthcare operations, and proficiency with business systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of operations management, PBM, healthcare, insurance, or related fields.
• 2 years of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance with defined scorecards and feedback.
• Lead data validation projects for system enhancements.
• Oversee programming, testing, and documentation to meet SLAs.
• Schedule staff and manage capacity to maintain workflow.
• Document workflows, system requirements, and testing with proper analyses.
• Identify reporting needs and test new reporting before production.
• Maintain ticketing systems, benefit landscapes, and workflows.
