Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• 6+ years in operations management, PBM, healthcare, or related fields.
• 2+ years of leadership/people management experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Benefit Plan Administration team across multiple lines of business.
• Ensure SLAs, performance goals, and service levels are met or exceeded.
• Oversee project management, programming, testing, and documentation activities.
• Schedule employees, manage capacity, and coordinate workflows.
• Develop and document workflows, system requirements, and testing to deliver efficient solutions.
• Identify reporting needs and validate reporting prior to production release.
• Create and maintain ticketing, benefit landscapes, and workflows; implement improvements.
