Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager of Operations for a remote role. You will lead the Benefit Plan Configuration team across lines of business, drive SLAs, and coordinate cross-functional workflows.

Requires a Bachelor’s in business/healthcare and at least 6 years in operations management, plus 2 years of leadership experience. Salary ranges from $81,000 to $138,000 per year, with benefits and an equal opportunity employer statement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
• 6 years of work experience in operations management, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, insurance, retail, analytics, or operational compliance.
• 2 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems used for benefit configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage employee performance through defined scorecards and performance metrics, providing feedback and development.
• Lead organizational data validation projects to support system enhancements or releases.
• Oversee project management, programming, testing and documentation to meet SLAs.
• Schedule employees, manage capacity, and coordinate workflow to maintain operations.
