Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of work experience in operations management, PBM, healthcare, insurance, analytics, or compliance.
• 2 years of leadership/people management experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee performance through scorecards and metrics with coaching and development.
• Lead data validation projects for system enhancements or releases.
• Oversee project management, programming, testing, and documentation to meet SLAs.
• Schedule staff, manage capacity, and coordinate workflows.
• Document workflows, requirements, analyses, designs, and testing for efficient solutions.
