Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/healthcare.
• 6+ years in operations management, PBM, healthcare, insurance, analytics or related fields.
• 2+ years of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Benefit Plan Administration team across multiple lines of business to ensure accurate programming of benefit plans and SLA attainment.
• Oversee data validation projects and system enhancements; manage project plans, programming and testing to drive performance.
• Coordinate staffing, capacity, workflows and reporting needs; implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
