Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, or a chief of staff role, with exec-level partnership.
• Experience building company operating cadence, planning, OKRs, and cross-functional execution systems.
• Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Experience with CRM, BI, planning, and collaboration tools across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own company operating rhythm and strategic alignment across functions.
• Build and manage portfolio prioritization, investment, and resourcing processes.
• Assess tools and infrastructure to scale functions and the company.
• Lead OKR processes, dashboards, and cross-functional execution.
• Drive high-impact cross-functional programs when ownership is needed.
