Inside Out Hiring is seeking an Operations Manager for a fully remote role with a women’s health and wellness coaching client. You will own backend operations, ensure SOPs are followed with precision, and keep systems running smoothly across client onboarding, payments, content scheduling, and support.

The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in operations/OBM/VA or EA roles where you run backend systems independently.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Gmail and hands-on payment processing; Stripe is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Operations: onboarding, system access, offboarding, and membership management.
• Payment Management: monitor failed payments, process disputes, handle cancellations.
• Content Scheduling & QA: schedule emails, community posts, and social content; audit for accuracy before go-live.
• Community Support: monitor and respond to client messages and DMs.
• Podcast & Video Production Support: edit, upload, and publish weekly episodes across platforms.
• Applicant Outreach: review applications and outreach via text per qualification criteria.
• Reporting: generate weekly payment reports, track performance, provide daily status updates to leadership.
• System Maintenance: keep Airtable, ClickUp, and other platforms accurate and up to date.
