Ocean Park Asset is seeking an Operations Manager to make the company run. You will own processes, vendors, and internal systems that keep execution smooth as we scale.

We are looking for someone who fixes messy processes, designs scalable workflows, and can work independently in a remote, distributed team. Experience in tech, SaaS, or related fields is valued, with emphasis on how you think about process rather than industry.

Operations Manager

$100 – $175 USD / hour

Open to fixed-price milestones for clearly defined projects

We are looking for an Operations Manager to make the company run. You will own the processes, vendors, and internal systems that keep execution smooth as we scale — the work that is invisible when it is done well and impossible to ignore when it is not. This role suits someone who sees a messy process and cannot resist fixing it.

Operations experience from tech, SaaS, or another industry counts. We care how you think about process, not which sector taught you.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day operational workflows and internal process design
• Manage relationships with external providers, vendors, and service partners
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and keep delivery on schedule
• Build documentation and playbooks so knowledge is not stuck in people's heads
• Identify bottlenecks and automate or eliminate them
• Support reconciliation, reporting, and record-keeping alongside finance and compliance

What we're looking for

• Experience in operations, business operations, or project management

Nice to have

Rate range

$100 – $175 USD / hour
