Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our fully remote team focused on coordinating workflows and initiatives across the business. You will collaborate with customer operations, onboarding, and retention efforts, while aligning with Sales, Accounting, and technical teams to move priorities forward.

The role requires hands-on operations expertise, strong problem-solving, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business operations.
• Experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and functions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving.
• Clear, concise professional communication.
• Comfortable working with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows across different areas of the business.
• Support customer operations, onboarding, and retention.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and technical teams.
• Track priorities, blockers, and follow-ups.
• Identify operational gaps and allocate resources.
• Build and improve processes as needs evolve.
• Provide clear updates on progress and outstanding items.
