You will lead a distributed team, implement performance management, and partner across Operations, Tenant Experience, Finance, and Technology to ensure consistent execution.

The role emphasizes coaching, hiring decisions, and onboarding, with a focus on building trust and accountability in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of distributed team management or multi-location operations experience would be a plus.
• Experience coaching, performance management, and HR collaboration required.
