Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience or 7+ years in sales, marketing, or relationship management.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing is required.
• Professional designations are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Support HR policies and processes and onboarding activities.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and staff development.
• Deliver evaluations and maintain transparent communication with leadership.
• Balance workloads to ensure service continuity and workflow management.
• Manage an assigned book of business and client relationships.
• Ensure policy administration, billing, renewals, and service needs are supported.
