You will drive performance, enforce processes, and support staff development to deliver service excellence across policy administration, renewals and client servicing. Ideal candidates have extensive brokerage experience, active licensing, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance brokerage or related sales/relationship management.
• Active insurance licensing is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Lead renewal and new business processes.
