Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to join the Operations Enablement team as a manager. You will define and execute strategies enabling scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure readiness for business and regulatory change while delivering measurable outcomes. You will own cross-functional programs, drive roadmaps, manage risks, and lead a team responsible for high-impact initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience, including fintech/financial institutions
• 3+ years scaling operations with coaching/feedback to teams
• Subject matter expertise in financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR)
• Certification in Six Sigma, PM or Design Thinking
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and measurable outcomes
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-ready updates
• Experience building workflows within a regulatory environment

Responsibilities

• Own Program & Team Performance: lead and manage cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs
• Define program roadmaps and track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks
• Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Operations to align priorities and deliver outcomes
• Drive stakeholder engagement with governance and executive-ready communications
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions and drive resolution
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency and compliance
• Own end-to-end change management from design to adoption and measurement
• Build technical resources and translate concepts into clear manuals for humans and AI
• Evolve knowledge management with SOPs, learning platforms and AI-enabled tools
• Translate technical concepts into actionable content for users and agents
• Oversee learning & training strategy and measure effectiveness
• Collaborate on experience improvements with Product/Engineering
• Expand program scope across adjacent domains as needed
