Job summary

Affirm is seeking a seasoned program management leader to drive scalable servicing operations across the organization. You will own team strategy, deliver cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements to enable efficient, high-quality customer experiences.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to translate strategy into actionable programs, lead governance, and drive measurable business impact while maintaining a remote-first,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably within large-scale or global operations including 2+ years in fintech or financial institution.
• 3+ years in scaling operations with ongoing coaching/feedback to team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to deliver executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering complex, cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish stakeholder engagement and governance, delivering clear updates on status and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions and drive resolution.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and implement scalable improvements.
• Manage end-to-end changes—from design to adoption and measurement.
• Build manuals and resources for human and AI agents with product/engineering teams.
• Evolve knowledge management: SOPs, learning platforms, AI-enabled tools.
