Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an operations enablement leader to deliver scalable, compliant servicing experiences across our fintech operations. You will define program roadmaps, align with product, engineering, and vendor partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes with data-driven methods.

You will own learning and training strategies, build knowledge resources for human and AI agents, and lead change management from design through adoption. Remote-first role with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years in fintech with scaling ops and coaching.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing knowledge management and training tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Performance: Lead cross-functional programs, align with OKRs and priorities.
• Define Program Roadmaps: Create roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Partner for Impact: Align with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver executive-ready updates on status and impact.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify risks and drive data-backed solutions.
• Lead Operational Excellence: Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality and efficiency.
• Own Change End-to-End: Manage design to adoption of changes with measurable impact.
• Build Technical Resources: Translate concepts into manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management: Evolve SOPs, learning platforms, and AI tools.
• Translate Technical Concepts: Create clear resources for users and agents.
• Own Learning & Training Strategy: Design onboarding and continuous learning.
• Collaborate on Experience Improvements: Enhance customer and agent experiences.
• Expand Program Scope: Take on adjacent domains as needed.
