Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to scale compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will define strategic roadmaps and drive programs that ensure readiness for product launches and regulatory changes, partnering with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or product operations, preferably in large/global operations.
• Proven ability to set strategy and deliver measurable impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci preferred).
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, AI-driven tools).
• Strong background in regulated industries (fintech/financial services) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross‑functional programs, ensuring alignment with servicing strategy, OKRs, and budgets.
• Define and execute servicing roadmaps and execution plans with KPI tracking and timelines.
• Lead enterprise improvements using Lean Six Sigma, change management, and data‑driven methods.
• Create clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents with product/engineering partners.
• Architect and evolve the knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, learning platforms, AI tools).
• Oversee end‑to‑end training design and delivery (onboarding, new product rollouts) with measurement.
