Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligning with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps, execution plans, and track KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
