Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to drive scalable servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies to enable servicing operations to scale efficiently while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and merchants.

You will lead a team responsible for delivering a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives, with clear ownership of timelines, dependencies, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• Experience scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR).
• Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking certification.

Responsibilities

• Own Program & Team Performance: lead cross-functional programs and initiatives.
• Define Program Roadmaps: create roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies.
• Partner for Impact: align with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver outcomes.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: provide executive-ready updates on status and impact.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution: identify risks and propose data-backed solutions.
• Lead Operational Excellence: apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality and compliance.
• Own Change End-to-End: manage design, implementation, and adoption of changes.
• Build Technical Resources: translate concepts into manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management: evolve SOPs, learning platforms, and knowledge tools.
• Translate Technical Concepts: convert tech content into clear resources.
• Own Learning & Training Strategy: design and deliver onboarding and training programs.
• Collaborate on Experience Improvements: work with Product/Engineering to optimize workflows.
• Expand Program Scope: take on additional PM responsibilities across domains.
